Eggs ("Free Range" not just cage free is best)

  • Ground Beef (Grass Fed)

  • Steak (Grass Fed)

  • Chicken (Free Range)

  • Pork

  • Lamb

  • Bacon - No Added Nitrates

  • Organic Bones for Bone Broth

  • Wild Game (Duck, Venison, Elk, Etc...)

  • Cod / Flounder (Wild Caught)

  • Scallops (Occasionally)

  • Tuna (Rarely and try to find smaller fish)

  • Trout (Wild Caught)

  • Salmon (Alaskan Wild Caught)

  • Shrimp (Occasionally and wild caught)

  • Herring / Kippers

  • Sardines (In water is best, or olive oil)

Beverages

  • Filtered / Spring Water (try not to buy in plastic)

  • Tea (Green or Herbal) Organic

  • Coffee (caf. or decaf) Organic

  • Carbonated Waters (Stevia sweetened)

  • Almond Milk - Unsweetend

  • Wine (Red - Organic is best) (5 oz glass per evening)

Above Ground Vegetables (Organic When Possible!)
