Mayonnaise


Ingredients:

Mayonnnaise

*All ingredients should be at room temperature

  • 1 Large - Free Range Egg

  • 1 + 1/2 tsp Mustard

  • 1 + 1/2 tsp Lemon juice (not from concentrate)

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Water

  • *Optional - replace (1 tsp of the water) with (1 tsp white vinegar)

  • 1 cup Macadamia Nut Oil (or) Avocado Oil

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl, or a container for your food processor (immersion blender). This is a must, or it will not blend. Process until they are well combined (10-20 seconds )

  2. Place into a small jar into the fridge!

This will keep for 1 week
